Delta Automation Inc. continuously provides customers with cost effective on-site field service and depot based component level repairs. However; many customers have the ne4ed for a contract based repair or maintenance agreement. This provides them with emergency on-site repair without the need to internally procure a purchase order each and every time that service is required. It also may allow for technical training depot repairs or other service-related needs.

These contracts are typically sold in blocks of hours. Each contract is custom tailored to the individual customers' needs. Various types of options are available. In return for purchasing these blocks of hours in advance, depending on the size of the contract, the hourly labor rate of on-site service is reduced accordingly; travel time may be discounted as well.

Additionally, for depot repairs, a flat discount percentage may be obtained. Please contact Delta Automation Inc. for a customized service contract quotation.
